These are plain-language pilot terms, not final public-launch terms. Public release remains subject to counsel review and completed safety, privacy, and deletion controls.
who may use the pilot.
Account access is currently limited to invited people who are at least 13 years old. Users ages 13 through 17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating or using an account. People under 13 may not use FRNDZ. FRNDZ does not currently independently verify a user's age or this permission. Invitations are personal, identity-bound, and may not be resold, transferred, or used to create a shared account.
what you contribute.
Only share Signals and other content you are allowed to share. Do not impersonate someone, expose private information, scrape contacts, harass people, or use FRNDZ to facilitate harm. An attributed Signal must preserve what a real person actually submitted in their own voice.
what frndz is not.
FRNDZ is an experimental place-recommendation product. It is not an emergency, medical, legal, financial, or safety service. Places change and people disagree; verify anything that materially affects your health, safety, money, or travel.
pilot availability.
Features may change, pause, or be removed while the pilot is hardened. Accounts or content may be restricted when needed to protect people, investigate abuse, or maintain the service.

Use the support channel supplied with your invitation. Do not send passwords, one-time codes, contact lists, or precise location in a support request.
