pilot support

we're here to help.

FRNDZ is an invite-only pilot. Use the direct support channel that came with your invitation for account, privacy, safety, or accessibility help.

account and data requests.

Signed-in members can download a private JSON export or permanently delete their account from Account & privacy in preferences. Ask for access or correction help through your invitation's support channel. Never send a password, one-time code, contact list, or precise location.

safety and abuse.

To report or block someone, open their profile, or one of their answers to your ask, and tap the … button. A report goes to the FRNDZ team with the reason you pick and an optional note; the person isn't told who reported them. Reporting and blocking are separate choices: a report does not block someone, so after reporting you can choose to block them too.

Blocking someone stops them seeing your profile, places, lists, and asks, and stops them following you or sending you asks. You stop following them, and their answers to your asks are hidden. They aren't notified. For impersonation, privacy violations, or other account-level concerns, also contact the pilot operator through your invitation's support channel. If anyone faces immediate danger, contact local emergency services; FRNDZ is not an emergency channel.

undo an accidental block.

Blocked someone by mistake? Go to Account & privacy in preferences, find them under Blocked, and tap unblock. Removing a block does not recreate the old circle connection; you can follow each other again afterwards.

invitation access.

Account access is limited to invited people ages 13 and older. Users ages 13 through 17 need permission from a parent or legal guardian before creating or using an account. People under 13 may not use FRNDZ. A private invitation is single-use, expires after seven days, and works only with the exact email and sign-in method selected by the member who issued it.

known pilot limits.

A staffed public support and report-review queue remains a launch gate. Reporting, blocking, export, and deletion controls are in the app but still require staging and production verification before public release.
